The Sugar Fairy (Stacie Blair), is a ServSafe Certified & Insured from-scratch baker of +30 years' experience. Stacie’s love of baking began as a small child while working in the kitchen with her grandmother. (This is also where her famous Banana Bread and pie crust originated from!) Following the traditions of her grandmother, she always bakes her goods with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Nothing is processed or out of a box. She purchases her honey, syrup and pie fruit from local family farms, and all her dairy is from local suppliers.  She uses real butter in her kitchen, and all of her pie crusts and pastry doughs are handmade.
