As primary care providers, we work with you to develop a care plan to best meet your individual needs. Our practice provides a range of high-quality health care services, including routine adult and geriatric care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; routine immunizations and preventive inoculations; and preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

The team at St. Peter’s Primary Care coordinates your health care, including helping you find specialists and schedule appointments, as well as making sure specialists have the information they need to care for you.
